Cancellation Policy

Until 15 March 2026: Free of charge (fully refunded), if declared in written or text form to UniKT, Heidelberg University, unikt-kongresse@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de
16 March – 13 April 2026: 30% of the congress fee will be deducted
After 13 April 2026: No refund possible (also if participant does not appear or interrupts the congress)

Abstract Submission

Deadline: 15 March

One contribution per person as first author may be submitted. However, this person may be a co-author on other contributions (unlimited).
Abstracts can be submitted as Word file, PDF file, or both (as zip). Download: Template (DOCX, 297KB)
Format: A4 format page, max 250 words, max. length 1 page
Language: English
Font: Calibri 11, alignment fully justified
No figures, tables or photographs

The responsibility for the content and correctness of the submitted abstract lies fully and solely with the author(s). Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book as submitted.

Poster information

Please note that the posters will be displayed in public areas of the conference venue in Mannheim and should not contain confidential data.

The poster dimensions are DIN A0 portrait (84.1 cm width x 118.9 cm height).

Please put your poster up to your assigned poster board when you arrive at the conference and remove your poster in the last break of the conference! Mounting material will be provided on site.
