  • Research associate in the projects of Prof. Daniel Seehofer and Dr. Georg Damm, with a focus on steatosis
  • Coordination of the biobank and sample logistics of the working group for LiSyM-Cancer, including the processing and distribution of human liver and tumor tissue as well as primary liver cells to consortium partners

  • Investigation of steatosis and metabolic alterations in primary human hepatocytes as well as human liver tissue models
  • Isolation and in vitro culture of primary human liver cells
  • Molecular biological, immunofluorescence microscopy, and biochemical analyses to investigate gene expression, protein expression, lipid metabolism, and cell function
